These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the agreement between hdajee ("we", "platform") and its users ("you", "player"). These Terms apply to all services, games, and promotional offers provided through the hdajee.cam website.

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the hdajee platform. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

hdajee services are operated for users in Bangladesh. Compliance with the laws of the user's own country is entirely the user's responsibility. hdajee bears no liability for violations of local law.

Account Management
3.1 Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
3.2 Account Inactivity
An account may be marked inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact our support team to reactivate your account.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before closure. hdajee reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its own discretion in cases of suspicious activity or breach of these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the hdajee platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your name — third-party accounts are not accepted.
Deposit Limits: Minimum deposit ৳200 (for all methods). Daily and monthly maximum limits may apply and can be viewed on your dashboard after logging in.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Additional time may be required for identity verification or security review.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Identity verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
4.4 Currency and Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Responsibility for any applicable taxes or duties lies entirely with the user. hdajee does not provide tax advice.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after wagering ten times its value. The original deposited amount may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but the bonus will be cancelled in that case.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) before it can be withdrawn.
5.3 Other Promotions
hdajee regularly runs various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page. Multiple bonus offers may not be combinable at the same time.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus on the relevant account and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Creating separate accounts to claim bonuses, bonus hedging, or systematic abuse is prohibited.

Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness

12.3 Severability of Terms
Even if any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The entire terms will not be considered void.
